PT 1 Bare Knuckle Boxing, An Introduction

I very briefly explain the basic components and some techniques of the type of Bare Knuckle Boxing I teach as part of my self defense class. My style of Bare Knuckle consists of many punches, defenses, and tactics from professional ring boxing, as well as what is called "dirty boxing," and finally, techniques from Filipino Street Boxing which comes from Bando and Jeet Kune Do.
