Arc Punching Line Drill

SuperHeroSystems.com This is a line drill using the arc punch as the technique to strike with.This punch looks like a hook but it's more powerful and dangerous.The students shift their bodyweight diagonally as the throw the punch in an arc position as they drop step.Also the faster they rotate or snap the shoulders the more powerful the strike.Also since the students are striking bareknuckle they are punching with a diagonal fist which helps protect their fists and wrists from injury.This is how champions of the past like Jack Dempsey threw their power punches and destroyed their opponents.This strike works just as well in a streetfight as it does in the ring, so learn it and start increasing your knock out record.
