Street Ansatsuken: Vegeta

Here's where I should be doing an over 9000 joke.
Now Vegeta will have someone else to whine about not being able to defeat lol.
Stage: Dino desert (Vegeta's stage)
BGM: Vegeta's theme from dbz ub22
Character analysis:
Choujin's characters are probably the few dbz ones that are not cheap fanboyish creations, however a character with this gameplay system has an advantage over ones from more balanced games.
He has Zero counters, the Garlick Gun that is like the Kamehameha, he can make "Now you see me, now you don't" dodges, dash in the ground and in the air, etc.
He is a chain combo based character that can link his weak attacks (again, they override my own jabs and short kicks) can start some damaging combos even including supers sometimes.
Strategy: SF3 characters have some disadvantage with combo chaining based characters because of their recovery and starting delay in many moves, but I chose SF3 Ryu anyway because of the sprites size. His AI is quite aerial, so Shoryukens and air kicks and punches with better range and priority are a good choice. Also, it's so aggresive that it can leave itself wide open for my super arts sometimes.
He shoots some energy beams, but they can easily be blocked, and he has to charge power again afterwards to recover the amount spent in shooting them. He can take Hadoukens and low sweep kicks sometimes too.
